Why Partner With Us?
We are more than a health fair; we are a community ecosystem. By joining us, you aren't just a vendor—you are a partner in a mission that utilizes media, technology, and clinical excellence to restore sight and stability to veterans and their families.
- Clinical Impact: Help us reach our goal of 150 comprehensive eye exams and 300 health screenings.
- Data-Driven Success: We prioritize high-quality data collection (DD214) to ensure veterans receive every benefit they’ve earned.
- Business Reciprocity: Unlike traditional events, we provide our sponsors with high-value business assets, including media production, AI software solutions, and lead generation.
*No Fees for Service Providers: We do not require a paid sponsorship to host a vendor table. If you provide a service that benefits veterans, we want you there.

Frequently Asked Questions for Partners
Am I required to purchase a sponsorship if I want to be a vendor?
No. We believe in "Zero Barriers to Serve." If you are a non-profit, government agency, or service provider offering free resources to veterans, there is no fee to host a table. Sponsorship tiers are optional upgrades for businesses seeking brand visibility, lead generation, or media assets.
Can we provide services like physical therapy, chair massage, or other interactive demos?
Yes! We highly encourage "Interactive" vendors. Services like chair massages, physical therapy assessments, or ergonomic demos add immense value to the attendee experience. Please describe your activity in the registration form so we can allocate appropriate space.
Can I register for my entire team?
Yes. One representative can complete the registration for the organization. There is a section in the Vendor Form to list the names and T-shirt sizes of all attending staff so we can prepare their credentials.
What is a DD214?
The DD214 is the "Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty." It is the most important document for veterans to prove their service. We are asking attendees to bring this to the fair so our on-site VA representatives can verify their eligibility for specific benefits and help us gather data to serve them better.
What is included in the "Medical Health Screening"?
Our clinical partners will provide non-invasive biometric screenings. This typically includes blood pressure checks, BMI calculations, and general vital sign monitoring. Note: These are screenings for awareness, not comprehensive medical diagnoses.
How will the Health Fair be marketed?
We are executing a multi-channel campaign including social media, email marketing to veteran networks, and local press releases. As a registered vendor, you will receive a Partner Media Kit containing digital graphics and flyers to share with your own database.
Can I share this event with my network?
Absolutely. We are looking for partners "with a heart for veterans." If you know other vendors, sponsors, or medical providers who align with our mission to restore sight and stability to veteran families, please forward them the registration link.
What if I have specific electrical or space needs?
The Vendor Registration Form includes a section to request specific logistics (e.g., access to power outlets, space for mobile units). Please submit this by February 13th so we can finalize the floor plan.
