YES. Because the vision clinic is limited to 150 patients, we strongly encourage you to register online in advance. Walk-ins will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis only after registered guests have been served.
How do I get into the health fair?
Proceed to the main entrance at 930 National Parkway. You will check in at the Registration Desk to receive your Event Passport.

No. Because the eye exam is a medical procedure, the patient must be physically present to receive the screening and prescription. You cannot pick up a "ticket" for someone who is not there.

Receiving Your Glasses: Glasses are custom-made at a lab and will NOT be ready the same day. They will be mailed directly to your home within a few weeks of the event. Please ensure your address is correct at registration.

Progressive Lenses: If you medically require progressive (no-line) lenses, we have limited funding to cover this cost for a set number of veterans. Once this fund is depleted, patients may receive lined bifocals or pay the difference.
Can I upgrade my glasses?
Yes. While the standard exam and glasses are free, you may choose to pay out-of-pocket for premium upgrades at the time of service.
Transitions (darken in sunlight): $75.00 – $165.00
